Steven Tilley

I began my legal career right here in Windham County at the Putnam Superior Court. After leaving the court, I joined a large family law firm in New York. While I gained valuable experience there, I became disillusioned with the way many big firms prioritize profit over people. I saw firsthand how clients were often treated as case files rather than individuals, and I knew I wanted to do things differently.

That’s why I made the decision, alongside my former colleague and now law partner, to return to Connecticut and open our own practice. At Cesolini & Tilley my approach to the law is client-centered and goal-driven. We believe in working collaboratively with our clients, helping them understand their options, and guiding them step by step through whatever legal challenges they face.
